\na voice that seeks
\nan autumn marriage
\nto pirate metaphors
\nof timeless erosion
\na voice that slowly scratches the surface
\nof a delicate and distant passion
\nto manifest and reclaim
\ntranquility and lost virtue<\/p>\n

and in the distance
\na holy man
\npromises to read
\nsofts signs
\nalong scattered lines
\nof sacred skin
\ndispelling the strangest dance
\nof disposable entertainment
\nas restless and forgotten gods
\nruminate, and seek to terminate
\nall our rotating false realities
\nin favor of
\na final revelation
\nof solid gluttony<\/p>\n

burn in the catholic millennia
\nforeplay
\nrestless screenplay
\npoet under a gun<\/p>\n

my spirit wanders
\nalong crooked lines
\nof desperate desire
\nand lingers
\nhopelessly
\nin this open wasteland
\nwaiting to be
\ndisintegrated and reborn<\/p>\n

one false trip
\none fast step
\nsalted
\nwith two words
\nand three songs
\nslowly played
\ninto a smooth decline
\nof perfect symmetry<\/p>\n

i’m too old for this game
\nand too drunk to remember
\nthe technical vitality
\nof a nervous promise
\nof radiant, divine
\nand skinny poetry<\/p>\n

too many wasted nights
\ntoo many naked bodies
\nand only the faint hint
\nof cruel integrity
\nto light the fuse
\nof our playful absurdity<\/p>\n

one eye closed
\nand
\nhalf a heart open<\/p>\n

i was unfairly destined
\nto charm a multitude
\nof feline souls
\ntowards ambitious distraction
\nand litter the world
\nwith the gradual hypocrisy
\nof hazy humanity<\/p>\n
