\nrun so slow
\nthat the wind
\nwill try to catch you
\nremember ancient songs
\nembedded in genetic memory
\nwet with desire
\nwe wash these unseen
\nand labored illusions
\nin the treachery of lost identity
\nwith revelations
\nscattered across a two-toned landscape
\nhypnotized and captured by
\nthe vitality of anxiety
\nlet us forget that central pleasure
\nand forgive our fluid trespasses
\nas we swim in these
\nturbulent oceans of emotion
\ndistraction, predictability
\nand symmetrical foundations
\ntime is an illusion
\nand the only power it has
\nis that which we give it<\/p>\n

so let’s not sit
\non our soft
\nand delicate asses
\nbecause the morning
\nis creeping up on us
\nand today,
\ntoday is a new revolution
\nso embrace the narration
\nof these dangerous spiritual riots
\nthat are carried wildly
\non a summer’s breeze
\nhate is conquered
\nand love,
\nlove is like light
\nfrom that bright
\nand distant star
\nlong dead
\nyet somehow immortal
\ndefying the odds
\nto grant us
\none last mystery<\/p>\n
