<\/p>\n

it’s coming again
\na beast as old as time itself
\na looming specter called war<\/p>\n

not the cold rhetoric of facile tyrants
\ncomparing the size of their dicks
\nbut real, bloody, violent, open war<\/p>\n

freedom is an abstract and malleable construct
\nmanipulated to instruct
\nimmature young souls
\ntowards destructive ends<\/p>\n

far too many times
\nhas the earth been scorched
\nand bathed in toxic blood
\nat the hands of unnecessary empires
\nignorance and suffering pervades
\nthis material existence
\nas parasitic banks and faithless arms dealers
\nfeast on the surrounding carnage<\/p>\n

how many more valuable resources have to be spent
\nhow many more sacred lives have to be extinguished
\nin this pointless endeavor
\nfoolish humans call war<\/p>\n

when will the little folk,
\ntrapped within these imaginary borders
\nfinally say\u2026..enough!?<\/p>\n

the human spirit cries out for rEvolution
\nit longs for a path to peaceful cooperation
\nmoving forward as a collective of individuals
\ncaught in the thrall of creation, innovation
\nexploration, and triumphant declaration
\nreaching for heights not yet seen
\nin this brief timeline we call history<\/p>\n

so now
\nto those few reading this i say
\nignore your “leaders”
\nfor they are a disgrace
\nembrace
\nthe eternal spirit of peace
\nlight a candle, say a prayer
\nplant a garden, create art
\nand make love
\nlike there’s no tomorrow<\/p>\n
