\nbusted out in a
\nsummer seance
\nweaving wine trails
\nand chasing stolen tails<\/p>\n

the gods are
\nrolling thunder
\nfor misfits
\nsitting in
\ndull disbelief
\nand waiting for a sign<\/p>\n

as dreamers
\nconsumed yet
\nslow moving
\nare plotting
\ntired pick up lines
\nlying, dying
\nfor selective concubines<\/p>\n

it\u2019s just one endless night
\npursued in
\nfamiliar patterns
\nwith less than infinite
\noutcomes<\/p>\n

sleepwalking through
\nhesitant anticipation
\nwith an infamous intent\u2019s
\ndeclaration
\nwe mixed metal musings
\nwith just one
\nuncut and rough
\ntouch<\/p>\n

what unnamed and untamed beast
\nlies beneath the surface
\nwaiting to break free?<\/p>\n

we waltz through the day
\nwith wet madnesses
\nwrapped in undisclosed packages
\nsigned with the honesty
\nof humanity\u2019s forceful identity<\/p>\n

tired, we wait for
\ngolden skies
\nfilled with rain<\/p>\n

inspiration
\ndetermination
\nevaporation
\ngrant us one moment of
\nsolid reparation
\nfor this ideological separation<\/p>\n

because
\nfractional stories are mounting
\nwith half remember dreams
\nfollowed in hollow journals
\nas adulthood is
\nwritten in
\nincomplete sentences<\/p>\n

slow to type
\nslow to think
\nwhat if we\u2019re really all
\njust brain dead
\nstuttering and stumbling
\nthrough one big illusion<\/p>\n

how did the monsters of old do it
\ni think
\nit\u2019s time to
\ntake a break
\nand escape
\nfrom this altered personality<\/p>\n
