\/>\nbipolar embrace<br \/>\ndamaged and somehow changed forever<br \/>\nwe searched for<br \/>\nthe great and secret show<br \/>\nnothing but children<br \/>\nplaying desert solitaire<br \/>\nwith the alchemist<\/p>\n<p>harlots and harmonies held within<br \/>\nthe witching hour, and<br \/>\non the horizon was a<br \/>\nstorm for the living<br \/>\nand the dead<\/p>\n<p>at the mouth of madness<br \/>\ni pawed through my treasury<br \/>\nof brain droppings, wondering<br \/>\nwhen will jesus bring the pork chops<\/p>\n<p>wise men are fools<br \/>\nmolecules of an unimpressed sun<br \/>\nrecording sad history<br \/>\nin the american night<\/p>\n<p>civil disobedience<br \/>\nfleeing the iron web<br \/>\nof unintended consequences<br \/>\nwe were slouching towards nirvana<br \/>\nin the wet and wounded wilderness<br \/>\nawaiting a fool\u2019s bargain<\/p>\n<p>the pleasures of the damned<br \/>\nare alive in<br \/>\nlight, fire, and darkness<br \/>\nand so the prophet spoke<br \/>\n\u201cit\u2019s a brave new world<br \/>\nand no longer do we view<br \/>\na brief history of time<br \/>\nas passive observers\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201chow do i navigate<br \/>\nthe way of zen<br \/>\nin this time of contempt?\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cfollow the sound of the seventh octave<br \/>\nbeyond the dark tower<br \/>\nand go ask alice\u201d<br \/>\nhe said<\/p>\n<p>four past midnight<br \/>\nwe found her sitting vacant<br \/>\nby a signpost that read<br \/>\nthis way to the art of war<br \/>\nshe was listening to hot water music<br \/>\nand before i could speak, she exclaimed<br \/>\n\u201cthere is no common sense<br \/>\nsaid the shotgun to the head\u201d<br \/>\nand then she handed me the rum diary<\/p>\n<p>sifting through the madness for the word<br \/>\nwith a tear and a smile i heard<br \/>\nthe voice that is great within us<br \/>\ndrinking candlelight<br \/>\nflying at night, we were<br \/>\ncelebrating a feast of crows<br \/>\nand betting on the muse<\/p>\n<p>we landed by a great dune,<br \/>\nthe flash of lightning behind the mountain<br \/>\nwatching the clock and waiting for<br \/>\nwild dreams of a new beginning<br \/>\nwe took seven mind breaths<br \/>\nconceived in liberty<br \/>\nand bathed in blood and gold<\/p>\n<p>collective mood<br \/>\ni remembered the continual condition<br \/>\npale and faded like a summer rose<br \/>\nand how the people look like flowers at last<\/p>\n<p>the lords and the new creatures<br \/>\nspoke in cryptic tones and<br \/>\ntales of ordinary madness<br \/>\nwas the last wish<\/p>\n<p><a
